A: In order to preserve the value of each owner's property and to assure quality standards are met throughout the community, BanBury Meadows features comprehensive protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R'S). A homeowner's association consisting of BanBury Meadows residents, will administer the CC&R's as well as oversee the management and maintenance of the community's landscape and pressurized irrigation system. All homes and exterior improvements must be approved through the BanBury Meadow's Architectural Review Committee.
